5. How to Initiate a Return / Exchange

  1. Contact our Customer Service team with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
  2. Provide photos if the item is defective or damaged.
  3. Wait for return authorization. Do not ship the item back until you have received an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number or a confirmation email from us.
  4. Once authorized, securely package the item with all original components and ship it to the address provided by Customer Service.
