Returns & Exchanges Policy
At RetroCraft RadWorks, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, here's everything you need to know about our return and exchange process.
1. Return / Exchange Window
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return, exchange, or store credit.
- Requests made after 30 days are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be declined.
2. Eligible Items
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, uninstalled, clean, and in the original packaging.
- Customized items (e.g., specific vinyl color matches, special embroidery) are generally not eligible for return unless there is a defect or an error on our part.
- We do not accept returns on special-order or custom-made items unless they are defective.
3. Defective or Damaged Goods
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us as soon as possible.
- We require clear photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number.
- Once approved, we will either repair, replace, or refund the item at no extra cost to you.
4. Return Shipping & Fees
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, product defect).
- We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
- Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. How to Initiate a Return / Exchange
- Contact our Customer Service team with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
- Provide photos if the item is defective or damaged.
- Wait for return authorization. Do not ship the item back until you have received an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number or a confirmation email from us.
- Once authorized, securely package the item with all original components and ship it to the address provided by Customer Service.
6. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
- Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
7. Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, you must follow the return process above and then place a new order for the desired item.
- If the new item is more expensive, you will be responsible for the price difference.
- If the new item is less expensive, we will refund the difference (minus any applicable fees).
