At RetroCraft RadWorks, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every part we make.

Coverage

All products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost.

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, accidents, neglect, normal wear and tear, or modifications.

Custom Orders

Custom or special-order items are warrantied against defects in our workmanship, but not against issues related to customer-supplied materials or requested modifications.

How to File a Claim

1. Email us at Support @ RetroCraftRadworks.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
2. We will review the claim and provide the next steps.
